Firstly you should have the basic knowledge of hardware & netwokingthen only you should move for MCSA and not only for MCSA you can also go for networking programs like CCNA CCNA Security, CCNP after which the job placement are evry good.And if you are interested you can also opt for ethical hacking program from there which are online. Unitec New Zealand offers Master of Business and Postgraduate Diploma in Business however MBA in HR is not available in Unitec .

No Program will Guarantee you the job its only your knowledge and skills that helps you in getting job however management course helps you to understand the management concepts and the business environment and the fundamentals of business strategies .however if your specialization is in HR then you will try job in the HR related field only else don't also this is a diploma course so you may not go for MPhil as for that you need Masters degree only.
