There are many ways to improve your communication skills, though some people do choose some short term courses of English speaking and PD, etc., but perhaps they forget that communication is not a short term process only. It goes on until we exist on this planet Earth.
Basically what i mean to convey is that it is an ongoing process and there are some ways i am listing for you, choose whichever are feasible:
