CCNA is definitely a decent option , but do not stop just at CCNA. After you clear it, prepare well for CCNP and other higher levels . As CCNA alone is getting to common in the IT Industry.
Also between the institutes you asked for, i would suggest you NIIT Nagpur . It's slightly better in terms of its resources though Jetking too is well known all over India for Its courses in networking and they have a faculty advantage and the rich experience in this domain.
Aso i would suggest you to please have a demo look on the lab of the institute you join for CCNA, as the practicals matter in exam of CCNA a lot like questions are based

Since your visa is still valid so in that case you get multiple entries in UK i would suggest you to short list the college and the course for yourself then apply for the concern program once your application is approved then you only need to fly back to UK . There is nothing like CSE is a tough one for those who haven't ever studied computer.
In fact all the things that yu should do on computers and with computers is taught in the engineering curriculum itself.
So just don't feel bad even if you don't have much knowledge about computers, as in the other streams too you don't have any kind of knowledge in advance like Mechanical/Electronics/Chemicals etc.
