Dear Aamir,
MS is not a course, it is a PG Degree that is named Master of Science.
In India only a few colleges/universities offer MS, others offer M.Tech. which is similar in status but curriculum wise you will find more emphasis on research during the MS when compared to M.Tech. which is still very much Theoretical.
BITS Pilani is one of the stalwarts offering MS, though it's common in Foreign universities which do admission through exams like GRE to offer MS degree.
Best of luck !

Hi Sudha,
After B tech you may go for MS in Informatics, information Technology, Embedded, Systems, IT and Business etc. Universities like SMU, NTU and NUS are the best options .
Foreign students are not allowed to engage in any form of employment in Singapore, whether during term time or vacation time, unless they are granted Work Pass exemption under the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) Notification.
Hope this helps!
