Dear Ram First of all I would like to say that u can choose any one either IT or CS. As u mentioned CEH is ur future better u say Security Professional. Because u put guard at ur doorstep for security not the thief. Why don't u start ur aim while simultaneously ur graduation so that till u finish ur graduation u will be ready for the industry.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. Now the future is of Cloud Computing so RHCVA will be ultimate for that.

Well.The basic academic requirements varies from country to country. In English speaking countries, for example UK, you must have atleast a high second class degree in a subject relevant to the subject you are planning to study in your Master's degree. (MBA could be an exception). You also need a IELTS score of 6.5 to get admission in a good university. Work experience, though not normaly required, is mandatory if you are applying for MBA in a top business school. If you are planning to study in a non-English speaking country, where the medium of instruction is not English, you must have very good fluency in the language spoken in that country. i.e., equivalent to their 12th standard level. However, there are many univeristies in non-English speaking countries where the medium of instruction is English. The entry requirements are almost the same as in universities in English speaking countries. But some of these universities are not recognised by these countries. If you are planning to study in a non-English speaking country, I would advice you to visit the country's embassy website where you would (usually) get information about recognised universities in that country or alternatively send an e-mail to enquire.
