Translation; when you pass out as an MBA you will be competing for jobs with people who will have completed their MBA from more reputed universities & will also some years of work experience whereas you will be a fresher with an MBA degree from comparatively less reputed institutes. Who do you feel stands better chances of being hired? As a fresher it is better to do M. Sc/MA/Masters in Management from a reputed university
