There are 2 routes that you can take up. Study or migrate directly if the category is open for migration.
Study : a )go for a clinical program after clearing AMC MCQ exam
b) go for a non clinical program and apply for registration from Australia.
any of the process you opt for will take time. But if you want to gain quick entry to Australia and follow the process later on then going for a non clinical program like public health will be the easier route.

Yes it is possible that u can get job in IT field but u must have to explore your are or expertise. Take some international Certifications according to ur specialized area. U can become good System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin.International Certifications will make u to equipped with the current Industry trends and u will certainly get good joib. If u choose Linux platform will give u boost. go for RHCSA+RHCE+CCNA combination to hide ur degree percentage.
