First check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Sanjay.MIT does not offer any MTech course. But they offer postgraduate courses in many areas in engineering including mechanical. To be eligible to apply, normally you must be a top ranking graduate from an institution like IIT. A very high TOEFL and GRE score (i.e., in the top 1%). Hi Sanjay,
The eligibility criteria for Masters Course in MIT are as follows:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a college, university, or technical school of acceptable standing.
Good academic record throughout.
GRE score of 1300-1400 plus
IELTS score of 7 bands plus.
In order to get admission in UK universities you do not have to take GRE, you need to take only TOEFL or IELTS.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English. So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
