Nice to see your concern for your friend, now as per your query as your friend has not completed his 12th class he cant go for a B.sc degree but he can take up a diploma course in animation, but before going for any decision tell your friend to take a career counselling and understand about the different type of courses in the creative world of animation, and when he is sure about the course only then he should go forward
