Admission to all full-time MBA/MCA
Admissions to the above mentioned courses will be centralised. 80% of the seats are admitted by the Government of Maharashtra(DTE), based on the MH-MBA/MCA-CET entrance exams.
If a candidate is allotted a merit seat by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State Government, he/she has to fill the institute's application form and follow the admission process as mentioned by DTE. 20% of the intake is reserved for the eligible candidates under the Management seats for which the students may get in touch with the institute personally.
Admission to all fulltime MCM/ MMM /MPM/PGDFT
Admissions for the above courses will be based on merit for their performance in Written Test and Personal Interview (P.I.).
The written test conducted by the institute shall comprise of :

Analytical Ability
Elementary Mathematics
Logical Reasoning
Written communication
Business Awareness
Computer Awareness
Candidates who have appeared for MAT/ATMA/CAT/XAT/NAT are exempted from IBMR Written Entrance Test and will have to appear only for Personal Interview. Candidates wishing to appear for Written Test & or Personal Interview or only for Personal Interview must fill up the application form given in the prospectus. The Prospectus costs Rs. 1200/- only. The amount may be paid in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of Director, IBMR, Chinchwad, payable at Pune.
Candidates applying for the course must fill up and submit the application form enclosed in this prospectus. The form, completed in all respect is to be submitted at the institute's office, or the Centre in person. All academic Testimonial photocopies should be attached along with the application form.
Those candidates who have appeared for graduation examination and whose results are awaited will be granted provisional admission if selected. Their admission will stand cancelled if they fail to pass their graduation examination with the minimum percentage required. Concerned candidates should produce the proof of passing their graduation examination before the stipulated date.
The selected candidate should pay fees in full and secure admission. Those who fail to pay the fees before stipulated date will not have any claim on their seats. Those seats will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list in the order of merit.
