Amity University, Mumbai is great for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. The Eligibility is:
12th PCM - min 60%
If you have given a state/national exam, you submit the score online on Amity University Website. Or

Since you are doing B.Com you can do MBA abroad for which you need to write GMAT (mainly for US) and TOFEL and get good score. You can appear for IELTS (for Europe, UK and Australia) get score above 7.5 and you will get ample scholarship scope. Try to get in touch with British Council since they conduct IELTS.

Yes, polytechnic diploma is equivalent to intermediate that is 12th. You can get admission in B.Sc degree course in lateral entry mode after clearing polytechnic diploma course.
B.Sc Lateral Entry:
Duration: 2 years (Semester System)
Eligibility criteria (Qualifying Exam):
You have to clear 3 year's Diploma course after clearing 10th with minimum 50% aggregate marks in diploma course.

Both the colleges has best faculty members in mathematics but most of the students preferred Daulat Ram College because of its location in north campus.

You have completed your graduation and prepare GMAT, TOEFL / IELTS. If you get good marks in both the examinations then you can get admission in a decent university. Most of foreign universities don't see what marks you have gained they read carefully your SOP, recommendation letters, GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS also play big roles in your admission. If you additional experience in your field of interest that also help.
