If you keen to go for higher studies such as MTech or MS after BTech and become a specialist then MS abroad can be a good option beside doing MTech in legacy IITs after clearing GATE. You may evaluate German Universities for MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Hi Ankit,
This is a very open ended query, unless you specify what you want to study and what kind of jobs you plan to do it gets very difficult to guide you.

Hi,
You are not eligible for an MBA so I wouldn't recommend you the same anyways. MBA programs abroad require work experience. You may look for MS in ECE, MS Management or PG Diploma programs. Better suggestions could be provided but you need to be more specific with your requirements and interests. Also, have clarity over your career goals and decide accordingly.

Admission to an Event Management course needs its candidates to fulfill eligibility criteria. But eligibility criteria depend on course levels.

For example, if you want to get UG course, you need to pass Class 12 from any stream with a minimum of 50% score.

But if you want PG course you need to have bachelor's degree.

Similarly, diplomas and certification differs as per college.
