It is advisable that you complete class 11 and 12 as that will help me you in a smooth career growth.
However, if you are sure on your decision, you may pick 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed college followed by either a good job or graduation in hotel management.
As a diploma holder you'll get admission directly in 2nd year. Once you are done with it, you can work for some time as universities abroad prefer experienced professionals.

You can definitely opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.
Oracle, CCNA,CISCO etc are a few good options for an IT professional. Pursuing any certificate course would add an extra achievement to your resume.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- Your age must be between 17-23 years.
