Hi Ravi,
As far as education goes both UK and Ireland offer good courses in Comp. Science and Engineering. However, if job opportunities concern you then Ireland offers 12 months extended visa as opposed to 4 months in the case of UK. Additionally, prospects for IT grads is better in the UK and Ireland as opposed to other courses.

Plan your preparation after knowing your strengths and weaknesses. You need to be organized and follow a time-table.
You may refer to numerous guide books. And you may even join coaching institutes for crash course to work on your fundamentals.
Along with it, you may refer to mock tests / previous year's question papers to analyze your preparation and performance before the final exam.
