With due regard and apology, I do not agree with the suggestion of @BMTY. Mounica, you being ECE student, Microprocessor is a subject in your curriculum and writing programs will not constitute projects. Instead You must master MATLAB, Xylin, Microwind, C sharp and Tiny OS. If you can handle these, simulation based projects and embedded chip programming can be done easily and thus opening a huge field for you to do Mini as well as Major project.
