Many colleges also offer HR courses at graduation level. The admission into the MBA course is generally held on the basis of a written test, group discussion and personal interview. Admission tests are conducted like CAT by IIMs, MAT by All India Management Association, and XAT by Xavier Institute etc. Apart from this, there are executive MBA-HR programmes offered by some institutes which require a minimum level of experience.
