Hi Kanchan, on the selection day there will be different rounds like :
1: written exam (nmat)
2:oral extempore (they will give you a topic and preparation time 2 minutes)
3: personal interview
On the basis of overall average they will select the candidate, usually they ask for above 50% but if you don't have they will ask u to write alliance aptitude test (AMAT). ForAMAT read general awareness, aptitude, reasoning, don't worry you can crack it easily. And for the first semester everyone will have to study the same subject but from 2nd semester onwards you u have to choose your specialization .

No, it is not mandatory for a student to have a work experience for joining in PGDM at ICBM-School of Business Excellence, there is a Group discussion an Personal interview round to be cleared for getting selected in ICBM.
Advantages of PGDM over MBA are:- PGDM is more of a practical approach when compared to that of MBA, along with this PGDM graduates get superior management education and better placement offers from the multinational companies. Moreover PGDM is provided the the autonomous Business Schools and MBA is provided by the Colleges regulated by any unversity where the college/institute needs to follow the rules and regulation
