You are not eligible for Ph.D, but you are eligible for FPM program at business schools like IIM - Bangalore and Ahmedabad. FPM is equivalent to Ph.D.

Dear Vinay,
You can, if the diploma is UGC or board recognized, they will treat it as equal to plus 2 or may even give you some exemptions for subjects already done if they find equivalency to their syllabi. You will also need an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, check it out with the concerned university/ college for the above.
