As per the latest updates, the login facility for registered candidates is available at the official website of Maharashtra CET. The Maharashtra state admission cell conducts state counseling for different courses, including NEET on the CAP portal. As of now, it has published the list of "provisionally selected" candidates for the MBBS and BDS courses through CAP Round 2. If you are looking for NEET UG mop-up registration, then you need to wait for the publication of vacant seats on the official portal. The registration schedule will be published only afterward. Candidates must have completed 10+2 education with at least 50% marks aggregate in 5 subjects out of which 4 subjects Physics Chemistry Mathematics English are mandatory subjects. So, yes you're eligible for mathematics hons if you had these subjects.

Both are good in their own purposes. USAR offers specialisation courses such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and comes under GGSIPU and the intake of students is less (nearly 120). MSIT also offers specialisation in Computer Science and Engineering and has a higher placement score as it is a single university. USAR comes under GGSIPU so, the placements are in IPU campus with much higher number of students. So choose wisely.

B.Sc. Physics hons is an under-graduate, which is a 3 year course, This course requires the minimum eligibility criteria as the candidate must complete plus two examination in Science stream with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Chemistry subject in aggregate from a recognised board of the country. JEE Mains exam is not necessary for this course.

There are many good colleges in Bangladesh for B.Sc. Optometry. You can opt for any of them. However if you wish to pursue it in India, there are some really great colleges here a well. You just have to keep in mind that the fees for NRI students would be much higher than Indian students.

Yes, you are eligible. But make sure you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks (for General category) or 50% aggregate marks (for OBC/SC/ST/PwD category). In UGC NET exam you can appear only on the basis of your post graduation courses. So, you can apply in History for UGC NET Exam.
