Hi,
If you want to pursue masters in engineering from US, you will have to take the GRE. Admission without the GRE for a MS program in engineering is not possible until and unless you are applying for civil engineering.
It is highly recommended that you take the GRE.

Hi,
Please find below the requirements for the masters in computer science engineering ar the University of Toronto:
1) GRE Exam: Preferable score 700 in each section i.e. quant and verbal.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percentage must be 78% and above. Incase percentage is not meeting the requirement, a conditional admission offer will be given which would be considered unconditional after certain foundation courses are completed before the program starts.

Hi,
Please find below the admission requirements for the master in electrical engineering:
1)GRE: You will be required to take the GRE test which is calculated on 1600 score. You will be required to score atleast 1100 in test. The higher you score, the better university you can apply to.

Yes definitely. You can go for Bachelors degree to UK. what atters is how you have scored in 10, 12 and IELTS. At UG level you must have at least 6.5 in IELTS and at least 55% in class 12 from national or a state recognised board.
