To get admission to IIMs Postgraduate programs a candidate needs to appear for CAT (the Entrance Examination for IIMs majorly and several other institutes accept CAT as their Entrance Examination). To be eligible for CAT the candidate needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. If you are looking at doing your MSW , go in, for a full time program. Kindly ensure that you genuinely want to do this program. This is because, ultimately you will be working for the betterment, of the down trodden. You should not be looking for lucrative salaries. The bottom line, is to have the innate desire, to change the lives of the underprivileged people.
