You would require atleast 2 years of work experience, a 700+ score in the GMAT in as well as atleast 75% and above in your BCA to get admission in this university.

There are very few institutes offering Social Science as a course and although there is no such standardize way to rank the institutes, but then you can always target TISS or XISS as the best options available to offer course in Social Sciences.
Other than the TISS/ XISS there are many other Institutes / Universities like BHU, Dayalbagh institute etc.

Medical schools in Canada do not offer the MBBS, an undergraduate degree in medicine. They offer the MD (Doctor of Medicine). Applicants for the MD program are expected to have completed a Bachelor's degree. They are also required to have completed certain academic requirements in sciences. Having said all this, the Canadian medical schools give a very strong preference to Canadian residents, and competition for admission for international students if fierce. Only a small number of international students are admitted.
I would suggest you to pursue MBBS in India.
