Hi,
Its good to know that you wish to pursue higher studies,as you have completed BBA, you can opt to pursue MBA, but please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
In order to pursue MBA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Hi,
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
Yes you can apply with out them, but then if you full fill all the eligibility criteria except these test, you will be issued a 'CONDITIONAL' offer letter, the university will not issue you a 'UNCONDITIONAL' offer letter unless and until you full fill their IELTTS or TOEFL score requirements.

As you have completed BCA, it would be advisable for you to pursue Masters in same or related fields as it will add on to your knowledge.
