If you have done MBBS from Russia then you need to take the MCI screening test. If you fail to qualify the MCI screening test then you cannot practice medicine in India.

For Master's degree you must have Bachelor's degree and must have cleared the same with good grades. Top universities require more than 70%. I cannot comment only on the IELTS score you have provided. You can also check on university's website for admission requirements.

With 87% marks in MAT, it is quite difficult to make it to some government colleges. Since, there are only very few good or very good government business schools.
1. Sydenham – Mumbai.
2. Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
3. Chetana.
They do conduct their own test and it is far easier than MAT. So, I would suggest you to go for that.

If you have completed your B.Com from a NAAC A accredited college, you can go ahead with the exams. In case it is not a NAAC A college, you would have to take up a master's programme or an accounting bridge course to get yourself fulfill the exam eligibility requirement. In order to write the exam, you will need 120 credits. NAAC A colleges/universities contribute to 40 credits each year (120 credits at the end of 3 years). Non-NAAC A colleges/universities contribute to 30 credits each year (90 credits at the end of 3 years). .

As per the UGC norms, no institute can offer programs on distance mode if at least 40% of its content are practicals. In BHMS, mostly all papers contain practicals. So, you will not be able to enroll in BHMS distance education programme.
