Yes, it is possible to pursue your higher studies in the USA after completing your class 12th. You must take SAT and TOEFL exam to get into a decent US school/ college. You can short list the colleges according to your profile and make an admission application. You can prepare your financial documents, once you receive information from the college.

Hi Sahil,
Can you share your scores? Canadian universities do not generally accept Indian three year Bachelor's degree. For MBA, you would require work experience. You will also need GMAT or GRE score and also IELTS.
If you plan for a top ranked Canadian University, then the chances are very less. You can look for PG Diploma programs instead.

To get electronics and communication engineering at VIT, Vellore your rank should be at least 5000 or below to get a normal fee structure.

The major difference between both these courses is:
1. MBA is a degree course and
2. PGDM is a Diploma.
MBA degree has value worldwide. PGDM is Diploma, which is not recognized by most of countries. In early phase, it pays you good, but in long run MBA is a better option. After completing MBA, you can also pursue Ph.D.
