Hi Yuvi,
I would suggest u first improve your english with reading english newspapers or watching english channels, it will definetly help u to improve your english, or u can also join english coaching institutes nearby your location.
In MBA all books or notes will be in english language infact your examination is also in language of english. so it is must to know the proper english.

This is a myth that US universities require work experience for MBA - not at all true. There are many universiteis that do not require work experience. I hate to give specific names because some students will think that is the only university available. All that you have to do is search for US MBA and look at the admission criteria at different schools. Many univs do not require work experience.

Yes you are eligible to pursue masters in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology after completing your BE. You have to take the GRE and TOEFL and score above 1200/90 in both the tests.
