For cracking an IAS exam u need to read newspapers to get updated about current affairs.
U have to enhance your listening and communication skills too so u shuld start reading english newspapers, novels which will help u to increase your vocabulary.
The there is a three step process for IAS as folows: Preliminary Exam (Prelims), Main Exam (Mains), and Interview.
The Prelims are composed of two tests of two hours each. The General Studies (GS) test contains 150 objective, multiple-choice questions. It primarily covers six topics: the constitution of India, history, geography, economics, science, and current affairs. The second test is on a subject chosen, from among the 23 subjects, by the candidate. This objective, multiple-choice test contains 120 questions. The GS and second test are worth 150 and 300 points, respectively.
The Mains consists of 9 tests. The first two are language tests: first is the English Test and the second is the Language Test in any one of the languages included in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian constitution. Each test is worth 300 points. These tests are at the high school level. The candidates are expected to only qualify; the score from these tests is not included in the aggregate.

As you are from Science background along with Zoology there are options like Animal Husbandry & Vetinary Science, Botany etc. which you can opt for or can choose Mathematics as second option.
However, few of the combinations are not allowed by UPSC which are:
Political Science & International relations and Public Administration
Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
Management and Public Administration
Any two branches of engineering
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science
Combination if two Literatures
So, please keep this in mind and choose your options.

If you want to become Software Business Analyst you can choose courses like SAP BI, SAS etc. or can do short term courses in data warehousing & mining like cognos, informatica, etc. or you can also look for CSBA (Certified Software Business Analyst) provided you meet the entry requirements.
I would suggest you to choose amongst these courses, once you have decided which course you want to do we would able to provide you further information regarding Institutes for that particular Course.
