If you want to start working you can look for areas like Banking & Finance, Insurance Companies, different Finance Firms and Finance departments of various Companies to get a job. Frankly speaking, mostly you will get grants if you are planning to go for Degree programmes like B.Des or M.Des. However, loans you can get through bank on any of the degree programme whether fashion Designing or any other field.
Few of the good institutes providing Bachelors degree in Fashion Designing are:

You need to take the GMAT, IELTS, have minimum 2 years work experience, and a good percentage in UG to qualify for admission in these universities.

M.Tech is a Masters Degree in Technology Sciences and PhD is Doctorine of Philoshopy. It is better to go M.Tech then Phd. It will give you advantage. Check with IIT and univsersities.
