As you have time gap in your studies you should cover your gap.If you have passed 12th then do graduation from any university or institute and you can complete within short span of time ie just 1yr by taking fast track option.

Dear Friend, there is no such college which is providing diploma in hindi medium, but the faculty from the collage will definitely help you. I suggest you to join some English Improving college, because I think you english is not so worst but there is lack of confidence.
