i think the college has to forward your application to the welfare department of the division for your tuition fee reimbursement and mess benefits.verify from the department about the benefits.or apply to the SC corporation of the State through a proper channel.

Dear Pinky, doing MBBS for the foreign nationals in Saudi Arabia is not possible. There is no provision for the foreign students to give admission in MBBS/Engineering/Management and even general degree programmes. Better you do from UAE.
