You have an excellent academic record. SPJIMR accepts a minimum CAT percentile of 85.
However, the cutoff varies each year and depends on the pool of applicants and their choice of specialization. Moreover, the institute chooses not to disclose the cutoff.

Hello Swati,
After completing your civil engineering course, you are not eligible to get admission in master in architecture courses because to do architecture course you need a graduated degree with a four-year architectural design.Only then you are eligible to get admission in master in architecture.
But if you want to get admission in B.Arch, then in this course you will get admission but to appear in the exams of B.Arch, you have to clear 12th exams with minimum 50% marks in science subjects including physics, chemistry and mathematics.
