If you are planning to do B.Tech aeronautical engineering it will make no difference whether you take CS or electronics as fourth subject along with PCM subjects in 12th as basic of these subjects will be covered to you in first two semesters of engineering. You may chose any based on your interests.

Both are good courses to do. But, I'll suggest you to go for B.Tech, as B.Tech has more value than BCA. And, Salary is more in BCA+MCA. But, you can pursue MBA after B.Tech.

Hi,
Ideally, their cut off is in the 90s. But you can still try applying. If you get shortlisted, they will call you for GD and then PI. Give your best during GDPI, and you may still have a chance.

No MBA in mergers and acquisitions is not offered by IIM Ahmedabad. IIM A only offers degree in general management. Having said that, you can always take electives regarding mergers and acquisition in 2nd year, if you have particular interest in the said topic.
