Hello Kunal,
Aeronautical engineering is based on aircraft maintenance engineering, it's a very good branch if you want to work on big machines, aerospace engineering is all about space engineering after aerospace you can get job in ISRO or NASA if you got really good grades. Now, it's on you how much hard work you can do. Both are awesome field if you have passion for aviation just go for it.
Also, consult your mentor who knows you better like my mentor, MS. Chetna helped me to reach my goal in life.

Talking about placements in 2016, the highest package offered was Rs 9 lakhs and average placement was Rs 5.5 lakhs for MBA.
