Hi Sumit,
First of all you need to complete your graduation to appear for UPSC Examination as the eligibility to appear for that is a recognized Graduate degree. As far as choosing the subjects are concerned in UPSC Examination you should always choose the subjects which you are comfortable with as in either you have studied those subjects in your graduation or you have a strong hold on the fundamentls & concepts of those subjects. Keeping in mind these points take you decision.
