Yes, it is correct that DCE (now DTU) used to give University of Delhi's B.Tech degree, but now it is a state university. Same is the case with Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology. So, those colleges will also give you B.Sc Degree. But, there is a center in University of Delhi that is providing B.Tech course.

First of all you have to give me the degree you wants to pursue .my answer will be based on assumptuons that you wants to pursue b.tech.so i have no idea about other colleges other than Srm you can use Shiksha comparison tool to compare. Go for B.E courses. (aerospace ;aeronautical etc. )
