Preparing for NEET with simultaneous college study is really difficult. You will not be able to excel in anything, because the schedule gets disturbed. As you have just passed out, its no big deal to drop a year. I would recommend you to join a good coaching institute and prepare for NEET. Distract yourself from everything and forget everything for 1 year. Give your 100% and you'll score well.
Good luck.
