Hi,
If you really have keen interest in French language and want to make a career in this then I would not suggest you to go for a Distance programme, rather you should opt for Institute like Maxmuller Bhavan, Alliance Francaise or can go for University programme through Delhi University, Jawaherlal Nehru University etc.

Hi Nikhita, whether you pursue a dual degree from India or abroad it is always worth as you get the advantage of getting insight into 2 subjects.
But what matters is the 2 subjects you choose are of your interest or not and if you will be able to follow it or not.
If the answers to the above is yes then there will absolutely be no other problem. go ahead and good luck.
But do go for a University and that too a good one.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi Aishwarya,
If you don't want to pursue a career in Journalism after English Honours, you can opt for careers like teaching, writing, editing, proof reading, etc. You can also look for Govet sector jobs and can sit for Civil Service Examination. You can also opt for MBA if at all interested in Management field.
