Hi Shiful,
All the good and top B-School across the globe requires 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation at assistant managerial/managerial level and GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
It is always advisable to take GMAT exam at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake, so that you can get enough time for the preparation.

Its not much difference between the two as BSC includes some technical education otherwise Mass Comm is a arts subject
