See Ankit, to appear in UGC NET, three options are there:
1. Candidate has completed his post-graduation with 55% marks or the result is awaited
2. Candidate is appearing in the final year of his/her post-graduation
3. Candidate in the final year of graduation can also apply for the same and on qualifying the NET, he/she'll be given 2 years of time by UGC to complete his post-graduation.

Computer science is one of those field which has a very bright prospects. A MS degree in computer science, that too from USA will surely enhance your job prospects not only in India but globally. India is a hub of many national and international IT companies, so getting a job should not be any problem, but please remember, Getting a job in USA or for that matter any where in the world entirely depends upon the caliber and knowledge level of the students.

IIPM is itself not approved by UGC and hence it is better to avoid it. This institute may have some name in places outside India but in corporate world of India unfortunately it does not have the requisite reputation.
