If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your query since you have 2 arrears in last semester, so you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
To be eligible I would suggest you to clear your backlog exam as soon as possible.
