Yes, as per the cut-offs, you qualify for MBBS. However, it might not be possible for you to get admission in any government medical college.

The general cutoff for NEET is 50th percentile of highest score 697 which is 131, for OBC category its 40th percentile which is 107.

Yes, you can but it varies in different B-Schools . There are options like part-time & full time executive MBA. In part time EMBA studies are on weekends. So, you can definitely continue your job along with executive MBA but please ensure that whether the B-School you opt has Part-time slot in executive MBA.
