Yes, definitely you can pursue the course with biology in 10+2 provided that you are also having physics and maths as your subjects. The fact is that biology has no role to play in software engineering, so it is better to take computer science subject in 10+2. And maybe in some colleges, they prefer students with computer science for the course.
Thank you and best of luck.

I'm not familiar with Indira Institute of Management Pune, but as an LPU alumnus, I can speak about MBAs because my cousin did MBA from LPU.In terms of placements, academics, and exposure, I believe Lovely Professional University is the best. The LPU Business School is certified by the (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs in the United States, providing high-quality education and industry-experienced faculty. Students who complete their studies at LPU will get a degree from a body in the United States.
According to the NIRF 2018 Ranking released by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, LPU is ranked No.

If you aim for excellence in any field, you'll create ways for a career by yourself. Same is the case with forensic science in India. Scope of forensics in India is shady because the job applications are not openly discussed as that of engineering and medicine. So it can get a bit confusing. But, there is always scope when it comes to working in Forensic State Labs, and Central Forensic Labs, IB, CBI, state and center police, banks, other cooperate institutes, mental health facilities, consultants, private detectives and of course, teaching.
