Hi Saayan, you can but universities and colleges majorly require a 10+2. Otherwise you must enroll into a high school and chances of admissions and visa might be low. So complete your 12th or a diploma in India and then look for Bachelor degree or diploma options abroad.

No NDIM isn't too reputed, as it doesn't come even under the top 50 colleges for MBA in India. You may keep it as a backup though, in case you don't get a better college.
