This will not affect you, if you will clear them all in the 3rd year. Try not to bring any backlogs from 3rd year onwards. Some big companies might not allow you for the interview, but that is not a big issue because most of the companies will be allowing you if you are able to pass your B.Tech with a good percentage. It's around CA$14,000 to CA$40,000 a year depending on what you are pursuing, the university, location, etc. In New Zealand, courses may range from NZ$14000 to NZ$30,000 a year.

I have no idea whether it is a fake college or not. But it's definitely not a reputed one, so not recommended at all for doing MBA. Better avoid it.
