I don't know about MET but SIES operation is deemed good as compared to the last year's batch, the highest placement was of 7-8 LPA and the average placement was of 6-7 LPA.

Different universities in Australia have different requirements. They don't need a GRE which however is the common factor. Also as an international student you must take the IELTS. Check university websites for more specific requirements and prepare accordingly.
