AKGEC, KIET, ABESEC, IMS, RKGIT are better private colleges in Ghaziabad and in Lucknow. There is only one college that I can suggest you, PSIT-Kanpur (but, it is an average college). It is better if you can take admission in Ghaziabad Colleges.

You can take admission in LPU as per the eligibility and yesterday I just helped my known one to get admission online on the LPU website. Ts is very simple easy and safe process. I really don't think so because you need to have studied statistics as core/general subject in one of the years of graduation. But since now you need to write entrance test, if you clear it then you can get the admission.

No, you cant eliminate mathematics.
Eligibility for B.Sc Computer Science in DU is Higher Secondary (10 + 2) qualification from a recognised educational board with mathematics as one of the main subjects. A minimum aggregate score of 45% at 10+2 level.
