u got second class in final year. thats why u r going to get second class degree from yr uni. if u want to go for USA then u need to get good score in GRE and toefl for improve or disappear yr graduate result during visa interview as well as for getting admission in reputed university. if u will get good score in GRE (abt 1400) then definitely u will get scholarships.

Delhi University doesn't provide MBA through Correspondence. However, there is a part time MBA available in FMS which comes under Delhi University. There are several other Institutes providing MBA through Correspondence in Delhi like:

IGNOU, Symbosis, IIPM, There are many universities offering distance MBA

You can do it from University of Madras and Pondicherry University. However if you don't have any work experience don't do part time MBA. better you start a job gain some experience and then do part time MBA
