u got second class in final year. thats why u r going to get second class degree from yr uni. if u want to go for USA then u need to get good score in GRE and toefl for improve or disappear yr graduate result during visa interview as well as for getting admission in reputed university. if u will get good score in GRE (abt 1400) then definitely u will get scholarships.

Networking by Forouzan
DBMS by KORTH or Navathe
Shell Programming yashwant kanetkar
C++ by Robert Lafore
How to Program in C++ by Deitel & Deitel
C by Denis Ritchie

Delhi University doesn't provide MBA through Correspondence. However, there is a part time MBA available in FMS which comes under Delhi University. There are several other Institutes providing MBA through Correspondence in Delhi like:
IGNOU
Annamalai University
IMT Gaziabad
Amity School of Distance Learning, Amity University
Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management & Research
