For HR fresher it is between 6000 and more. If you really want good salary, position and good company, yes You should do it from top institute such as XLRI, Symbiosis and TISS. It depends. For top institute MBA, salary at entry level is between 4.5 Lakhs p.a. to 12 Lakhs p.a. and from A grade institute, it is between 2.5 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs and for B grade it is between 1.5 Lakhs to 2.5 Lakhs other institute graduates gets anything between 6000 to 12000. Normally, B.com or any other graduate (except management graduate) don't get entry level career into full fledged HR. However they can start career as recruiter
