It is not like that. If you see, now in industry, Mumbai university has also lost its value. See, I am an HR professional and I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of education provided in University of Mumbai affiliated colleges but while choosing deemed university you have to be very careful which is it. For example BITS both Mesra and Pilani has excellent value and both are deemed university. Same about NITIE, IIT, VIT and NITs
The deemed university you have told not heard much but if you develop yourself, it won't be much difficult for you so forget all things and concentrate on your career
