Yes BBA is very much a graduation degree. And also you can proceed to pursue MBA once you complete BBA degree from a well recognized university as per Gov. Norms and affiliations.

Which college in particular you are asking about at GGS IPU. There are many engineering colleges that come under IP university.
The cut off varies from college to college based on your rank in IPU exam.
